About the role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Generative AI Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience who is eager to build a strong career in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time AI projects, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, voice AI solutions, AI avatar systems, data processing workflows, and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and deploying AI/ML-based applications and solutions.
• Work on LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation projects.
• Support data collection, preprocessing, and ETL workflows for AI models.
• Collaborate with senior developers to build scalable backend APIs and AI integrations.
• Assist in model testing, evaluation, and optimization under guidance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining backend APIs using FastAPI / Node.js.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM APIs into applications.
• Work on AI voice technologies including Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) integrations.
• Exposure to AI Avatar customization and related platforms/tools.
• Contribute to debugging, documentation, and performance optimization activities.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI trends and technologies.
