About the role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Generative AI Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience who is eager to build a strong career in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time AI projects, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, voice AI solutions, AI avatar systems, data processing workflows, and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable Fastify/FastAPI microservices interfacing with model providers
Optimize latency, token costs, and context caching across high-throughput endpoints
Develop regression testing and hallucination benchmark suites
Implement guardrails and safety filters for educational roleplay interactions
